The Institute for Fiscal Studies has published a comparison of manifesto proposals claiming that neither Conservatives nor Labour are properly spelling out consequences of their policy proposals.

The analysis of the manifestos was presented at a live streamed briefing on Friday 26 May 2017 and a recording will be posted online.

Presentations compared the parties' plans on public spending, the public finances and reforms to taxes and benefits.
